Keynote Presentation: Assessing the State of the Global Life Sciences Market: A National and International Perspective Hubert Manseau, President & CEO Innovatech Ltd. About Innovatech: High-tech VC leaders since 1992, the $525-million Innovatech funds invest exclusively in innovative technological projects across Quebec, with a preference for start-ups, technology transfers and first or second rounds of financing.
