     Grain Foods CRC, their activities and the types of partnerships and
     collaborations they would like to foster.

     Management, Wageningen University, The Netherlands and Visiting
     Professor in 2006 at the University of Sao Paolo, Brazil

      Wageningen University and Research Centre is at the centre of much of the
     private-public research that is taking place in The Netherlands. Dr. Zuurbier will
     discuss how this collaboration works for everyone -- with private industry
     sharing public food research laboratories -- working on developing
     high-value products for the agri-food industry.
