Every autumn The Innovators lead a group of food experts, processors and agri-food professionals on a Smart Food Tour to Europe. The focus of this annual event is to afford participant organizations the opportunity to attend the world's largest food shows, see the latest trends in food development and explore proven marketing strategies.
During this annual international opportunity, participants of the Smart Food Tour are exposed to countries well-known for food history, development and tradition. In 2010, Smart Food Tour participants will visit SIAL (Paris) and the world's best food retailers in London.
